At Hearts Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back in the game as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused sports equipment or apparel in its original box, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
